We recently closed on our new home at Powell Cove Estates and want to express how happy we are with the community and our new condominium.  We are first time buyers and although the process of buying a new construction home can be a bit overwhelming at times, the representatives of AVR Homebuilders have been very professional and accommodating especially the sales staff.  We are so excited to move into our new home and to be able to enjoy our summer by the waterfront in such a beautiful location. 

We chose Powell Cove Estates because of the extrodinary value we have found here in comparison to other condominium properties in the Queens area.  We have purchased a one bedroom and find it spacious and well designed.  We enjoyed choosing the finishes that were installed in our home and felt like we were a part of the building process.  We love the fact that the community is on the river and we can walk to the waterfront park with views of the Whitestone Bridge and Manhattan.  It is a quiet residential area and has a suburban feel even though it is conveniently located to major highways, shopping and entertainment.

We would recommend to anyone in the market for a new home to consider Powell Cove Estates.  We are spreading the word to our family, friends and coworkers to join us here as our neighbors!
